1. Why does the light outlet of products with freezing point/sapphire function fog up?
In order to improve the comfort of hair removal and reduce the burning sensation of the skin, the cooling light outlet is adopted. Fogging is a normal physical phenomenon, so there is no need to worry and will not affect the hair removal effect.
2. Can't press the key to emit light?
Please make sure whether the light exit is close to the skin. When the light exit does not sense the skin, the button will not flash.
