I recommend epilating to any one who hates shaving, can tolerate some pain and cant afford to get professionally waxed often. It takes a few tries to get used to the pain but if you think you can handle it, go for it. I don't regret epilating at all because I hated having to shave twice a week, especially during the summer. Don't get me wrong, I like waxes also but I have yet to perfect using sugar wax and those pharmacy wax strips hurt way too much. Try out this technique and let me know how it goes for you.
